New to the forum and I need some advice/recommendations!

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and would like to first start out by saying its so awesome being in a forum with so many fellow enthusiasts.

I just recently picked up a black 328i lci and I was thinking about putting some mods on it. I'm a fan of the carbon fiber look, but I don't want to overdo it. Any recommendations/advice?

Also, I'm aware that angels eyes can be run as DRLs, but it doesn't seem to work on mine. I don't have xenons, is that the reason why? If so, does anybody know some good after market xenon projectors headlights out there in the market? I was thinking about putting on some HIDs in the meantime but they seem to touch the housing, does anybody know if its still safe to install or will it melt?

Any recommendations/advice will be extremely appreciated!!

In is neither safe nor legal to retrofit HIDs.

If you are a fan of the carbon fiber look, I suggest getting a m3 trunk spoiler in carbon fiber. The spoiler is small so it will not over do it. Also, if you ever end up getting mtech, a carbon fiber diffusor might fit the look nicely.

Congrats! If you have the carbon theme on the car with a hood and bootlid, then you can do carbon grills and splitters to match.

For the headlights, you can go with the Projector90 Headlights which are a complete projector based headlight replacement with preinstalled angel eyes. We also offer them with HIDs preinstalled so it's a complete setup.

I remember speaking to a tech online about these particular headlights and he told me that it didnt fit on the 328i lci models. Can you confirm this for me? I would be very interested in this product if it did. Anybody have feedback on these?
