There is a bmw club cruise on the 5th sept. here is the details enjoy.
Hi All,
As it has been quite a while since our last club drive day, it has been decided to try to fit one in before the annual Border Rangers Run.
In keeping with our clubs accidental tradition of organizing events that coincide with other general calendar events, like trips to Bathurst on Valentines Day or Maclean's Bridge on Mothers Day, the only date we seem to have been able to find that is available is Sunday 5th September, yes Father's Day.

So the details.
We will be meeting at Westside BMW at the civilized hour of 9:30 am (you can still have your breakfast in bed and be there in time), for a 9:45 am sharp departure.
From there we will head out on Ipswich Rd and then the Warrego Hwy, then turn off to Walloon and through the valley and Grandchester and Laidley. Then on through the Ma Ma creek road we all enjoy so much to Clifton.

At Clifton we will stop for lunch at O'Shanley's Irish Bar and Restaurant, where you can enjoy a Guinness with your lunch, after browsing through the hugh collection of Australian and Irish Memorabilia.

After lunch we will continue north to Toowoomba then back to Brisbane via the Warrego Hwy, with a stop for an afternoon coffee at Plainlands if you desire.

Bring the family and your Dad for an enjoyable two hour drive through the foot hills of the Great Divide and a social country lunch.

This is an invitation to the entire club and friends to join in, and thus also includes the Six Series and E30 registers.
