A buddy and i are driving up from nyc to see an old college friend that just moved up to Montreal, can anyone suggest any good clubs to check out while i'm there?

Thursday's? On Crescent? That's the closest thing to Studio 54 in Montreal...it's a disco.

Mind you, there's plenty of nice scenery in the clubs. If you're on Crescent, go to Newtown, instead, owned by F1 racer Jacques Villeneuve. If you want a good view, Club 737 on the roof of Place Ville Marie is pretty cool, but last time I was there, they were charging a $15 cover.

Hit up the Old Port. Full of smaller more intimate clubs and bars. Better eye candy, and they're all of age. *check ID's on Crescent* St.Laurent strret is nice as well, but they're larger clubs and resto's.

Those clubs are all 21+, classy, good music hiphop/house/top40


if youre into trance/progressive like me then go to Moomba, Circus, Beach Club, Red Light

tribe is known for celebs

ive seen Lloyd Banks, Paris Hilton, and Kim Khardasian there

but i would say La Mouche is my favorite, its hugeee, sick atmosphere, mixed crowd, Fedde Le Grande was Djin there last time i was there, so the music was sickkkk

Right in the heart of Old Montreal.



Stayed there twice for the FIA F1 race. Great small hotel, wifi, free hot breakfast, and very very clean.

Becareful with hotels in Montreal...hotel managers and owners are very sketchy.

If you book a non-smoking room, even with your credit card, it gaurantees you a room - but not non smoking.

A lot of them are arrogant bastards. Summer weekends in Montreal draw a lot of people - and these guys know that so they don't give a crap about customer service.
