This is a public thanks to Shiv, I received my PROceed on Friday...

Later that evening, I started the install, everything was going well until it was time for the harness install... In order to help me out and meet my deadline, they had to build a harness, but had run out of white connectors... I didn't discover this until about 1:30am EST Saturday morning, I put in an email to their site and Shiv called me back, he told me what they had done and I was able to finish my install...

BUT, when I finished it, the car ran rough and had an engine malfunction light... Again, Shiv called me and gave me some tips, but nothing worked, he promised to send me another controller on Monday and was sorry for the problem... When I was removing it, I found that a piece of the felt tape had fallen into the large connector preventing some pins to connect, I removed the tape and it worked perfectly... Shiv continued to text me over the course of the day Saturday to make sure the car was doing ok... Well, OK is not a good word at all, the car was a new beast now!!! I love the power and the smoothness that the PROceed provided..


Shiv, thank you very much for all your help, I can't say it enough, the support you provided made all the difference in the world!
