procede V4 user software

hey all, anyone have the file they can email me? my laptop got trashed and due to recurrent wastegate and ses lights havent updated to the new user software, i have the new maps and loaded it when i got the new laptop, but didnt realize i dont have V4 user software. any help would be greatly appreciated

the user software download says i dont have permission to get the file, even after loging into the site.
