possible to fix this crease in bumper?

photo is not of my car, but i have a very small horizontal crease in the bumper between the grills (as depicted by the red line). this is the only thing holding me back from buying painted reflectors and an aero lip.

do you think this could be fixed without bondo + repainting?

PDR might be able to get it out...I had a ding with a crease in it and they worked it out 99%...Dent Terminator in Brooklyn 18th avenue Between Benson and Bath Ave..
