How long does the 15,000 mile service take?

and what exactly do they do? I went there this morning and they are sorta rude and they act like everyone in the world has all day. Like they are stuck there for 8 hours a day, so they might as well make each customer hang out there with them. No. we need to get int, drop off the car, and get out and on with our day.
I have to make an appointment to get the service, but im trying to figure out how long i should plan on it taking.

If you have to ask, you don't have the time....j/k
Sounds like you should patronize another dealer...one that values your business. But I guess they don't value 4 years of free maintainence very much.
