My Adaptive Headlight System is blinding everyone!

I've searched for an answer for this problem already on the forums and have not been able to find an answer to my particular problem. About a month ago after bringing my 07 335i into the dealer and having the latest DME upgrade installed my low-beams no longer auto-level to illuminate the ground but instead shine directly into the windshields of oncoming traffic. When I first turn the lights on I notice that they initially move down to the correct position but then immediately bounce back and shine at a rising angle. I brought this to the attention of the dealer the last time I brought it in for a service and it was supposedly "taken care of" but the problem has not ceased.

I hope that someone can provide some insight into this very annoying and perplexing problem.

There are adjustment screws on the top of the each headlight that you can adjust, I believe it takes a torx driver to turn it, but you should have quite a bit of vertical adjustment. If you cannot identify it, please feel free to post up a pic and I will circle what I mean.

I've tried this already to no avail. At first the lights level correctly but then immediately bounce back up and are aimed upwards.
