Ding -- Rear Bumper Cover on 08 328i

I hit a street light pole when reversing and i have a ding/dent now on my Rear Bumper - Did anyone try PDR(Paintless Dent Repair) or replacing the bumper cover is the only option (Ouch - $1k as quoted by a Body Shop).

I will need to pick up the tab on this one; Did not call up my insurance.

Any recommendations locally on PDR?

try a heat gun and push it out from the backside.

Either heat gun or compressed air.. Just go to YouTube and type in: dent removal.. You will find some pretty good DIY, good luck!
