Hey guys,

I just negotiated a lease deal on a 335i Convertible (E93), do you guys think this is a good deal?

-Premium Package
-M Sports Package
-Convenience Package
-Heated Front Seats
-Through-loading system w/bag
-Navigation
-Satellite Radio
-iPod Adapter
-Metallic Paint
-European Delivery (ED)

MSRP: 62,070.00
Selling Price: 54,775
Total Capitalized Cost: 56,257.75
Drive off: $692.31

36 Month Lease
10,000 Miles / Year

Monthly Payment: $632.57
Monthly Payment + Tax: $692.31

With Max Multiple Security Deposits, the lease payment is $638/Month!

This seems like a pretty good deal, let me know what you guys think.

It does look good. I would love to know the MF and residual though to be really sure.

With Multiple Security Deposits, the Total MF is: 0.00181

I pay 635/month with one security deposit and my car is spec'd out exactly the same...I caught a great MF on a 2010 blow out incentive plus stacked a MF discount for owner loyalty on top of it.

I'd say your getting a good deal though, and ED is going to be sweet!
