WeissLicht LED Halo Upgrade Kit

I'm thinking of picking up the WeissLicht LED Halo Upgrade Kit.

Has anyone got them? if so can you provide your inputs?

Also how easy is the installation process?

Thanks
CT

I Think that theres an install guide on Jlevi SW website. Im sure the install is just the same as for all led AE. Fairly simple just takes some time.

Keep in mind that he has an E90 so the output will be different. We've had solid feedback on these, here are some photos to help.

I've got them. Easy to install, just went through the wheel wells. Perfect for me, it's not too bright that I get wrong attention from police and not too dim that it gets overwhelmed by the headlights/fog.

Have a question, when I review the installation on page 2, I only see e90 LCI.. I believe my vechile is a non LCI (2007). Does that mean I don't need adjustment ?

http://bimmian.com/elements/page.htm...LHU/LHU92A.pdf

A little confused !!

Those are the instructions for the E92 models, you have a pre-LCI E90 so you do not need to do the adjustments.

Check out the installation guides here:

You can follow either:

very very true nick sorry overlooked that he had e90.
e92 headlight design blows when it comes to the AE's. THAT's why they looked dim in my e92.

Hi all. I upgraded the stock Halo's to WeissLicht LED Halo Upgrade Kit.. It look very nice both during day and night and happy with it
But I'm experinced with a warning "Right Parking lamp malfunction" when in AUTO mode.
Hope I can get some feeds back for this issues.

I believe this is caused by combintation of WeissLicht LED Halo's and DAEOS I installed last yr. When I orginally installed the DAEOS ..I got the same error when the headlight switch is toggled to Parking mode. I never cared abt it since I was always in Auto mode.

Now I get it when I turn my car on with Auto mode, only way to get rid of the warning is to switch the headlight on. Then the error disappears and then back to Auto is fine.

Has anyone else experinced this? .. If i recall correctly, remember reading awhile back foget the name .. there was some other LED's halo kit & DAEOS kit caused this error too

Any help would be greatly appericated.. I hope not to have to remove the DAEOS.

thanx

Not sure what this is about. I have both WeissLicht and Daeos in my car, just installed over the weekend and no errors.

Maybe you should recheck the harness and make sure nothing is shorting. Did the T-taps perhaps cut all the way through one of the wires?
