bmw stock springs

hey guys just jacked my car up this morning to paint my rear calipers and got into a problem, the wheels didnt come off even after the bolts were out so used a hammer and wood on the wheels to get em out finally did all four after a struggle paint them and put everything back together. BUt when i took the jack of the ride now appears risen than before and my left rear side is more risen than the ride driver rear side about 20mm difference, did i damage something i am a bit worried. can anyone help/.

is your parking brake still on? Once your car is on a level surface, take out of gear/put in neutral, take off parking brake and let it settle. A quick trip around the block would do the same thing.

lol i exactly did all that the right side leveled up but not the left.
