Are you buying?

I would never spend that much money on a 2010. Why not buy a 2011 instead?
You are looking at a huge depreciation when you decide to sell it sometime later.

If you are leasing, and this is the best match and you can get this car in a week, might as well get it. Though I doubt, this is lease, as you have mentioned the OTD price with tax.

go to Edmunds.com and figure out what the dealer cost is for this car. If what they've offered is below cost, ask for another $1500 off and if necessary, negotiate your way back up. I can tell you that the dealer is buried in floor plan with this car, so they are eager to stop the bleeding, as it were.
