Seattle,Bellevue or Fife. Who is mod Friendly?
I have a 2009 CPO 335i. I am planning to start modding the car but don't want the dealer to void the warranty. I am looking to add a Magnaflow exhaust and new suspension. Which dealership is Mod friendly out of those 3?
Also, do you know what their loaner car policy is?. I bought the car from California |

I've worked with Dan Perry at BMW Bellevue with good customer service. When I had my 335i, I brought it in for service with the AE Exhaust, Alcon brakes and Advan wheels. They never gave me any troubles about the mods (other than drooling.....) They even did the 2 year brake fluid flush with the Alcons! Naturally, they wouldn't cover the front brake pads.
They also collected oil samples for me so I could send them in for analysis without any quibbles. Based on stories and comments I've heard/read, I don't think BMW Northwest is very mod friendly. My CA from there when I bought the X5 made some comment about voiding the warranty, but I can't remember what we were talking about specifically. Which is a little funny, since they are an authorized Dinan dealer... ![]()

He..he...he... the ultimate test for mod friendly dealer would be to bring 335 catless, meth injector, with piggy dangling from the hood and turbo blown see if they replaved the turbos under waranty.
