Bridgestone Pole Positing Summer or AS tires?

How much performance loss will the A/S tires have in the dry over summer max performance tires?
I am particularly interested in the Bridgestone. If I chose the summer tires, these would not be driven in the snow and extremely cold temps.

Summer

If you have winters then why not pure summers -- not extreame but UHP Summers like RE760 Sports.

I have RE760 Sports and drive them year around. I have no need to drive them in the snow which we rarely get here. I've noticed no issues in the wet and cold of southern Oregon winters but I don't push them.

I initially considered a/s tires. Glad I didn't get them since I see no downside to what I bought.

The RE760 Sports are nice looking, quiet, ride smooth and are fairly inexpensive.
