Any tuned 335s near Auburn Alabama...
Its about an hour outside Atlanta. APR tuning has got one of the first official tunes on the new S4 and some of us over on Audizine are wondering how it will do against a tuned 335 or M3. If anyone is interested let me know or head over to AZ. Be one of the first Videos!!

There isn't going to be a big difference between stock time differences. The S4 gains 100 hp, cool... The 335i will gain 100hp to match it. S4 gets new lightweight wheels and R rubber, 335i gets it. S4 gets diff 335i gets a diff. Etc. etc. http://www.insideline.com/audi/s4/20...-bmw-335i.html IMO tests like these are pointless. |

BTW that 335i had terrible tires on on while the S4 had superb summer tires. I hate how car magazines do that.
BTW I'm a VAG guy, and when C&D did the Mazda Speed 3 vs. MKVI GTI the GTI had 17x7s on crappy small all seasons while the Speed 3 had 18's on beefy summers. Etc. Etc. The stock comparison numbers are so close I doubt there is any real difference when driven by your average driver. Also the 335i has tons of proven performance mods out there unlike the B8 S4. A modded 335i would beat an APR tuned B8 S4. |
