Thoughts on Stock Logs?? Expert Help
Below are some stock logs. I mistakenly did not log foot throttle, but you can basically tell from boost. My concern is with timing. I recently installed v4, but took it out after hpfp codes, and limp. Now i need the situation to occur again, so i can return the car for new hpfp... at least this is my thought.
When v4 installed it autotuned to around 10.5psi with 3 as debug 6. I'm hoping this is because of the hpfp leaning the mixture. These stock logs look bad for timing at 80deg, and I believe this maybe due to lean mixture, but it's not enough to raise any flags with DME. In the past I had cold starts and was determined it was hpfp, but it was only software change. I could be dealing with a bad hpfp for some time. What's you all experiences with timing at around 80 to 90deg with 91oct. Stock or not, but NO meth. After shifting, the timing is really reduced. if i do get hpfp, i take it resetting adaptations for knock and octane will zero out the timing curve learning. |
