Where do you get your plates made up?
Just before i sold my last car, I took the private plate off and went to Halfords and got the cheapest set they did for the new reg.
I ended up taking a couple of of months to get rid of the car but I noticed they were starting to bubble already and im pretty sure I didn't over tighten them. Where do people generally get theirs made up? I'm tempted to get some of the plate surrounds but i want to see more picture before i decide (on a black E92 if anyones got pictures ![]() Cheers |

I think that the Dealers are pretty cheap. Ok, the quality is variable, but tell them that you want them "perfect" and at least there is a chance that they will take care.
On the pre-delivery service etc., Stratstone charged my plates out at £13 plus VAT for a pair. That's not too bad. Also, if you get them from a Dealer, you will get their details and BMW badge on the bottom. I think that this looks quite good - although some people like them plain. |

£13+VAT for a pair of dealer plates is very reasonable.
