2011 Navigation DVD?

Anyone knows when the 2011 maps for iDrive navigation will be available and which new countries will be included?!

It just came out a few weeks ago for US.

It seems to be available. Someone on the forum has both disc's and is trying to sell the east region disc here.

If someone can post torrents somewhere, I may be able to add the cams like I did for the 2010 disc's.

That would be great! I didn't read the whole thing but I was going to say if someone can put an updated red light/speed camera on there that would be great!

I couldn't figure out how to add the updated list. I have the list from Bigboy's 2009 version and that is what I can add if I did it.

I bought the disks but my unit wont recognize the west coast map. East coast works fine??????? Dealer has not idea why.

Ask them to replace the West Coast disk (if they do, I think they'll replace both) and check if the disks work before you leave the stealership. If you are still under warranty you ought to be covered. If not, don't pay for the diagnosis and tell they they sold you a bad disk.

They swapped out disks already. New set does the same thing. West coast disk does not load. I am under warranty but I'm apprehensive about having them mess with the car. I read a bunch of horror stories about software updates. Besides, if it needs a software upgrade, why would one disk work and not the other. Makes no sense to me.

I agree with you on the software update. However, with these cars you never know, with the software update, the Western States disc might just work, but time will tell. I have also read about DVD drive failures on these cars and they might possibly swap out your current DVD drive for a new one.

Talk to you SA and make sure this gets resolved for you. This is a very awkward situation that must get sorted out.

inexpensive and works great. wife loves it in X5. there is a new feature with speed cameras. it works awesome. i can't wait to get it once i get my E90.
