Is this Worth it?

I'm planning on buying a 2007 335i Coupe. It has 70,000km and CPO until July 2013.

It has the following options:

Navigation/Premium Pkg/Sports Pkg/Comfort Access

The car has new run flats and new break pads. I have negotiated the price to $34,000 + HST.

Am i getting a good deal? And How does the CPO work, is the HFPS thing included in the warranty, and is oil changes and regular maint. included in it too?

The wholesale value is about $30,000. I guess since it's CPO + new tires & brake pads. $34,000 seems to be fair price. If you can knock down another $1000 -$1500, then it would be pretty good deal. IMO.

'07 CPO's with under 40,000km are going for 38-40k. Talk yourself down 1-2k and you're pretty close to your deal with a lot less mileage.
