Install splitter carbon for E90

I ordered through ebay and splitter for a bmw e90.
Can you give me instructions for the installation because I find it very difficult to place.
The splitter seem a bit short and I doubt they put the bumper perfectly.
Is this normal?
Do you have pictures for installation?

Here's an example:

Splitter install

the photo is an example ...
I bought the splitter at bjautofans on ebay.
but I do not know how to install
glue? double sided tape? ...?
I owe much force to place and there are still a few millimeters so that it fits in well with the bumper

Try to remove the screws on the bottom of your bumper first.
Dry fit it and see how it looks.
(If the inner edges of the splitters still can not meet the mesh grill, then I think you have a set with bad fitment)
Then proceed with automotive 3M double sided tape.
Put the screws back on.

I will try to place them, but I'm really straining to the splitter that hugs the bumper. I have to push very hard.
