Nice pics and thanks for sharing, especially for those of us who couldn't make it. The weather was perfect and wish I would have been able to go and meet fellow posters and see these rides in person.

Hopefully I won't have out-of-town guests the next time there's a meet.

Kev, you'll be better off renting a nicer place than buying something (don't forget most nice condos have high monthly HOAs). I'm gonna assume that you're looking to buy in Bellevue since you work here - I heard that the OLD owner/developer of Wash Square was making ridiculous concessions to sell units, but after major losses (even after a few sales), another group had to go in a bail them out. New owners are prolly gonna wait and see for 1-2 years and gauge the recovery before panicing. (Heard this from my neighbor trying to sell his unit and a buyer pulled out after receiving over $35k (for improvements) to buy into Washington Square. Prices are still aways from stabilizing and you can probably get a better deal later.

Being that the case, no need to sell car! =]

I really need to get into our own place though mostly because of my OCD wife.

So, I can't wait (or she can't)......

I have had my share of fun with the M3 so it won't be hard for me to part with it. Time to get into a more cushy car like an F10 or a W212.
