Please help with mods
I have been looking at everything in this forum as well as others and am still confused and could use a little help. I just ordered my 335i, it will be my first BMW and wanted to make some cosmetic upgrades when i get it. The car is SG with black interior.
I know I wanted to get Blackline tail lights and after that could not tell what to do. I wnated to upgrade the angel eyes, but after reading the topics on this board am confused as to which type of lights to upgrade to. Also any other cosmetic upgrades that are worth doing??? thanks for all the help. |

for the angel eyes, i would look into the LUX 2.0 which is made by mds82, another member of this forum. you would have to wait for the next group buy though, as he wants to get his first 20 made and shipped before anyone else can order them. if you don't want to wait, then the piaa upgrade is also good, but more expensive.
a nice trunk lip spoiler and a front lip add-on would keep it nice and clean.

if you have a stick get the short shift knob. If you have aluminum trim get the aluminum pedals.

There's so many different directions you can go on an SG E90....
Recommended OEM accessories Blacklines, OEM rear spoiler, CF front splitters, M-tech steering wheel, knob, brake handle Recommended aftermarket PIAA angel eyes, LUX 2.0 angel eyes, Hartge replica front lip, H&R lowering springs, AC Schnitzer replica roof spoiler and color match fog lights, upgraded wheels are among the popular choices here. Also tints and debadging is prevalent. Others have gone with black grilles and trims. Also check out the rear power outlets and rear fog lights retrofit for popular functional mods. Have a look at all the posted pics and go with what you like....

For angel eyes your choices are -
PMB - most inexpensive and 2 color choices LUX 2.0 - $150 and very bright 6000k PIAA - around $195, amazing company and Very bright 6500k Brex - i think its still out there, but not recomended |
