I was talking to a guy about his turbos being replaced under a third party warranty company with upgraded parts.

The warranty company unfortunately had a problem with replacing with new turbos so they settled on a rebuild. His shop is having a set rebuilt with upgraded internal parts and waste-gates etc… and its going to cost him about $1400.00 out of pocket to cover the difference.

Of course the warranty company doesn’t know about the upgrades and he is very excited. Not sure who he is using as he is living in the UK now but sounds like a pretty sweet deal .

His is currently looking into tunes.
