Light Error Code, how to identify which bulb?
Is there a way pin point down to which bulb? My car recently have an error bulb check on the car everytime I start the car up. I thought its my HAD angel eye setup, thereofor the HID angel eye is unplug and I plug the stock H8 bulb, but still error. Also walk around the whole car check to see if any bulb went out, didn't see any, same goes for interior as well, nothing. This is driving me insane, any way to pin point as to what bulb or what section, like front back , etc...
FYI: the car is stock if I take out the HID Angel eye, everything is stock except for the JB3 version 1.3 being plug in, but this has been on the car for awhile now. |

Do you have iDrive? My iDrive tells me which side the bulb is out, but not the specific bulb.
In the taillight, there are 2 bulbs that light up for brakes and parking lights. When one of these burn out, it's not very noticeable that one did. Check your brake lights. I had this problems before and didn't notice the burnt bulb in my taillights. I thought it was my xenon bulbs for my reverse lights and replaced them as well as my resistors....no luck. Finally found the burnt bulb in my taillight. ![]() |
