i hardwired it right into the roof console that has the reading lights.

tapped into the green wire there and grounded the wire on a small bolt up there.

has held up for 28k miles.

I have 2010 and I just ran the cable along the the front mirror then around the side and into the cigarette light plug sense its under the passengers side you cant see it everyone thinks its hard wired takes 5 minutes.

I think 2011 are the same the cigarette lighter plug is under the glove compartment in passengers side.

I added a fuse tap and then ran it up the passenger A-pillar and then the headliner. Choosing a fuse that turned on with ignition was the hardest part.

EDIT: I'm sure someone will be able to help out at one of the upcoming meets.

Just did mine. Everyon said to connect it to fuse 28 but that no longer works on the 2011. Instead you can use fuse 6 or 7. Super simple to do guys.

Do it into the fuse box, it costs like 5 bucks, and takes about ten minutes. Plus its reversible unlike the wire tap. Search for it, theres a good DIY on here

Also add a mute button with the fuse tap for $8!
