Buying a used CPO

I'm looking at buying a CPO 335i. Does anyone know if there is any issue with buying a car that is already CPO from a private party? Should i go into the dealer to make sure the warranty is legit? Any advice helps, this is all new to me.

Thanks!

You can certainly buy a CPO car from a private party. You don't have to go to the dealer to get info about the warranty. Call BMW with the VIN number, they will tell you when the CPO warranty expires.
