Newer tire on one side of the car

I bought a CPO 335i and while driving it, i noticed it pulled just a tad bit to the right. When i got home i thought i would need to get an alignment done, and then i remembered that the guy at the dealer told me the front left tire was recently replaced (i'm guessing some sort of puncture). I took a coin and checked the tread on all four tires and the other 3 have the same tread wear while the front left tire had more tread on it. I checked to make sure that the tire replaced was the same run flats and it is. My question is if its okay to keep driving the car with one tire having a larger diameter than the other.
If my car was awd i would have replace it right away. I also realize that the car is RWD so i'm guessing it shouldn't be a problem since the back tires have the same tread.
If you were me, what would you do from here? Alignment? New set of wheels (its gonna be pricey)? New wheel for the front right? I don't want to shell out any more money on the car i just bought unless i run a risk of damaging something.
Thanks guys, and sorry for the long post.

If you have a sports package car, it will be super sensitive to the road surface curve and grip levels in the tire. You might be out of alignment if it had been a pot hole or cub big enough to cause a blow-out the prior owner hit. If its not too bad, stay with it. If it feels too pronounced, get it checked.

Thanks man, i'm okay with it for now.
I was planning on switching to non-RFTs after this set goes out, but if i change the front right tire now, the car might pull to the left (doesn't solve my problem, just reverses it). I think i'd have to replace both front tires I'm guessing about $700 for the RFTs, and in a year or so when the rear ones wear out, i would end up changing all 4 tires.
I guess i already knew the answer to my questions, i just wanted a second opinion
