PPF on CF Vinyl.

PPF will be looked like clear coat.

Yes. PPF is paint protection film (clear)

Many people in korea put PPF on CF Vinyl. Looks very good.

if you sand the carbin fibre roof down with 2000 grit wet and dry and then clear coat it, you will enhance the finish of the carbon fibre. adds depth and protection.

Any good bodyshop can do this for you.

Thanks I'm gonna look into it I asked my body shop and they said it might start to flake if I just clear coat over it because they never clear coated vinyl but I'm going to mention that to him about the ppf.. My cars white I have the carbon fiber mirrors and I'm going to do black wheels I just feel like a carbon roof would look sick I just want it to have a shine to it

Def keep us posted, I'm debating this move myself to match my CF hood and CF Ericcson trunk. Gloss black vinyl just isnt cutting it.

What cf vinyl are you using? The 3M Di-NOC has a texture to it....it's not completely flat so I don't think PPF will work. People have cleared 3M CF vinyl but like you said chipping may occur.
