What part # is this? Help! hard plumming vacuum line?

While I was looking in the engine bay I noticed this part circled was loose. There is a little plastic ring connector that seems to have snapped in half.

Does anyone know what this is and the part number? I read somewhere it might be the hard plumming vacuum line but I couldnt find it on getbmwparts.com. I added some electrical tape for now to seal it.

I think it should be fine, some of these hair dryers are quite hot....Just make sure to pull it off without cracking the tubing or yanking it too hard..
