Difference between 320i Exec and non-Exec

I got the latest brochure for the 320i. An I noticed that the Exec model has a few upgrades like electric seats etc. But this is for the newest model. I'm looking for something 2005-2007, early E90s. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the Exec and non-exec from this range? Is it the same?

the 2005-2007 exec has Dakota leather, wood trim, 16" alloys, lighting package and halogens included compared to the standard model..technically no difference

+ Front fog lights
+ Partial electric seat adjustment for front seats (from July 07).

FYI, attached is a Sedan Option/Price List from July 2007...
