Anyone know what 2DC3 | Control clamp 15 | 11715 code means?
For the last month or so, I've been getting this code, and all I've found on the forums on it was this, which means nothing to me. And only two instances of it!
2DC3 Control clamp 15 Error will not cause a warning light Error is not currently present Test conditions have been completed Timeout HELP! Running a 2008 stock 335, 6MT, on 91 octane gas, with a Procede, on the latest map and firmware, on map 1 defaults. Only issues I've had with the car lately have been really lean AFR's (17 to 20) during partial throttle acceleration (like 20-30%), especially when going up hills. |

2D5A 11610 Control motor torque limitation 2DC3 11715 Control clamp 15 2DEC 11756 Power management, battery control 2DED 11757 Power management, standby current control The two after it seem to be related to power, but I thought the way the codes work is if they're related to each other, they're very close in sequence? Like 11756 and 11757 which are related to power management. I might check them all I guess as I need to do a test for Shiv anyway for him to figure out why I'm getting these crazy lean AFR's on partial throttle. I'm very meticulous though and take my time when connecting it each time, so I doubt that's the issue. |

It hadn't really created any issues for me so far, other than seeing this occasional symbol in the dash when I open the car door (and that comfort access doens't work on the trunk), so I haven't rewired it yet. But maybe this code is related to that. I've been running the Procede for over a year, and a few months ago was the first I started getting this code, right around the time when I installed the SmartTop. Hope that's it... |

I apologize for bringing this back up. I did a search on the code and this is the only post that has it. Were there any resolution to this issue?
I removed and reinstalled procede but still received the same code?

I have a Procede Rev3 and my car runs great but it throws following codes, too:
2D5A 11610 Control motor torque limitation 2DC3 11715 Control clamp 15 2DED 11757 Power management, standby current control 2E8D 11917 Intelligent battery sensor, signal transmission Any ideas? Aside from the LCI tails and new Navi Professional system I hadn't installed any other aftermarket electrical equipments.

bme n54 code 2dc3
Terminal R or terminal 15 were switched on for too long while the engine was off. The current consumption of the vehicle is then, depending on the equipment, 10-15 A. This discharges the battery very quickly. If possible, point out these facts to the customer.

I get these new codes as of today: 2DC3 2E8D I have been getting 2DED for a few years now A new code that popped up in the past couple months has been: 2E97 - This seems like an alternator code and I did change out my Voltage Regulator recently to a new one but the code remains still 🤷🏽*♂️ Any Ideas? |

Did you ever figure this out? I ask because I just used MHD to flash my DME for the first time ever (to Stage 1+, almost bone stock with fresh plugs and gaskets). I just went out and drove around for an hour or two, mostly around town but I did take the opportunity to put the tune to the test (holy s***, but that's irrelevant) and the car drove beautifully the entire time until I was on my way home. Just after going WOT briefly while passing on the highway, I got this code.
My alternator also recently had a bunch of contamination from an OFHG leak that was present when I bought the car. I was very thorough, and was meticulous as I could be when cleaning up the mess from that gasket leak as I replaced the gaskets, belt and pulleys (except the alternator's decoupler pulley), including spraying some electrical contact cleaner into the greasy parts of the alternator to try and clean it up as best I could. I knew there was a possibility this could introduce a problem where one didn't yet seem to exist, but weighed that against leaving the alternator soaked in oil and took my chances. At the same time it threw the 2DC3, it also started throwing a code for misfires on cylinder 2. It's quite possible if not likely that's unrelated to my 2DC3, as the car just passed 105k miles on stock coils, and I just replaced plugs, so I might have something loose or whatever. Planning to troubleshoot later today. The misfires were the only codes still showing up after clearing them the first time. Even more perplexing than the 2DC3 is the whole raft of arcane codes that fired along with it. And these, too, may be totally unrelated to the 2DC3, but I figure more info is better than less: View post on imgur.com Perhaps relevant to the list of codes shown in that screenshot: I was getting a code a day or two ago that when I googled it, it sounded likely to be resulting from a dirty rear wheel speed sensor. I had planned to clean it off and see what happened, but the next time I started the car it was gone and hasn't shown up the last couple of days. No idea why I would be getting codes about steering wheel position or any of that, though.🤷 Any advice or input about some or all of these codes would be appreciated, but since the thread is specific to 2DC3 it may be best to stick to that, and I will do some research on the rest separately. |
