Replacing the halo bulb. Stuck.. Help!

I must be an idiot because nobody else seems to have any trouble with this. Worst part about it is that I'm needing help changing a damn light bulb.

I have read about 5 guides on how to replace a halo bulb but none of them seem to have the key piece of information on how to remove the bulb cover.

I loosened the clip below with a screw driver and the thing is half way off... but it's being held by something from above. Probably another clip?

Problem is that I can't find any way to get to it. The space is just a few millimeters tight, a screw driver won't even fit.

This process seems to be different on various e90 models.. what am I missing?

You need a long, thin flat blade screwdriver. There is another clip on top that looks exactly like the lower one. Push the cover back on so the lower clip is engaged, and undo the top one first with the long flat blade. Then while pulling the cover back and down, undo the bottom clip. Same on the other side. Hope this helps!!

Honestly, at this point I would of been happy to let the dealership to it.
