Not to dump on the thread, but I think it's a stretch even at $46,900. Queensway has one at $50k and change with lower kms and all the options (nav, side assist, advanced key, rear camera, etc.). For a quick sale I'd say $40k - $42k + HST is more realistic.

The challenge with private sales of expensive cars is that most people buy them using manufacturer's subsidized pre-owned financing, so even if a private sale vehicle is slightly cheaper it's still less attractive.

That German Spec dealer seems to specialize in cars that have had accident damage. That's not comparable to a babied private sale vehicle, or something from a main dealer.

a 335i is not comparable to an avant. a 3 series touring is, however you rarely see them for sale.
