I've just taken delivery of my 330i and am not sure I've made the right choice going with Harmon Kardon..

Has anybody had experience of the two in a e92?

Unfortunately Individual is pretty rare and was something I could not test before buying!

I have the individual in my e92 and I have heard the hk in the new models and I must say the individual system is much nicer. I find the overall sound so mids, highs and lows to be much cleaner and delivered with more power.

Congrats on the car. First, set the EQ per the sticky in this forum and see if it sounds better after that. If you still don't like it then, you can add a tweeter to the center channel for an improved soundstage up front. If you find the low end lacking, the easiest upgrade is an amp on the OEM woofers under the seats. Look here for more info: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ight=bang+buck
