Should I be concerned?
I just, once again, checked the status of my car on Owner's Circle. This time I went in to view options, the only options that were listed were CA and Aluminum Trim. I also have ZPP and ZSP. Should I contact my SA to verify that those options were in the system correctly.
I know he knows what I ordered to a "T". He repeated them so many times to me to make sure the info was correct. Maybe I'm just having that order panic like most. My car is still in "On Order" status. |

I have the same issue but according to the order tracking sticky that's completely normal. I wouldn't worry if you have a print-out from your CA showing your order number and all the options you've selected.

completely normal, in the initial stages your options will not be listed when you check order status
I can't remember at what stage do all of your options get listed, can someone chime in so I know when I finally get my production number? |

Thanks guys. I feel better now.
I'm probably waiting longer than anyone for my car at this point. Seeing that I ordered Nov. 30th and won't receive her until March it looks like. Oh well. Good think I'm patient. My dad on the other hand is driving me crazy, he wants to drive this thing bad. |

They never got my options correct either, but my SA had a copy and told me not to worry. Wasted a lot of effort for nothing.
I find it pathetic/unprofessional that BMW has the web site specifically to alleviate this concern and simply exacerbate it. They should remove this from their web site. |

Just call the 800# and have the rep check it for you. My sports package has still not showed up on the OC site, but the order sheet from my CA and the 800# lady both confirmed I had it. Don't worry about it. I think option packages don't show - just standalone options.

Yep, the OC never had the options listed, not ever. And miraculously, the status on the web caught up right after I took delivery.
Just ask your CA to print out your order from the screens at the dealership. Then, call the 800# and ask them to read off your options. But it is normal for the OC to not show the complete options list. Good luck! |

The website never showed all of the options I ordered, so as long as your dealer is repeateing back to you what you've ordered, you should be good.
