CPO 2007 335i, good price?

I found a CPO 2007 335i with the following spec for $27.5k:

37k miles
Nav, Sport, Premium, and Cold weather packages. Also has the oil cooler.

Is this a great deal? You guys think I can get it down lower? I saw the car the other day and didn't look like it was detailed thoroughly, and there were issues with the rear passenger door window and panel that they said the would fix.

haha your sig is hilarious, to the OP: I paid $26,900 for my 08 with basically the same options/miles but it's not CPO'd, so I don't think this is a bad deal.

Just paid 27.9 for an E92 with 48k miles, CPO, 6MT, Premium, Sport, Nav, CA, 6FL, new tires.

I took the maintenance instead of the cheap financing (will pay off in 3 months). I thought that was a pretty decent deal.
