Nice... I have a Tial on my current car and I love the sound, its mean but you don't hear it from 2 miles away. I'm not a huge fan of the HKS, but either way, cool product.

What advantage is there to putting a BOV on besides the "pssshhhhh" sound? I mean REALLY... Is there an ACTUAL performance gain that can be proven on dyno? You guys ahve your own dyno right? Maybe you can put some weight into the argument to change the part??

I'm going with the TiAL too. The HKS chirp would get on my nerves after a while. I found a good site with BOV soundclips for vague reference. Most of the clips are on 600+hp Supras, so don't expect the 335i to be as loud. I can't remember what the consensus was on XEDE+BOV. OK or risky?

The 335i coupe catback is next. Downpipes will follow.

I will have to double check on the spring. It is either 9psi or 11psi. Yes, they are interchangable.

We use both HKS and TiAL because we find them to be the best on the market. They both offer the best sounds, and have the best design.

The HKS is a pull type trigger. The boost pressure from the pressure pipe actually holds the valve closed, so it will never leak boost.

The TiAL has interchangable springs, to better customize it to your application. It also vents 360 degrees.

We've never been too fond of Greddy BOV's. It MAY be possible for us to do some one off's, as long as a Greddy flange is provided to us by the customer.

Yes, it replaces the pressure tube/pipe, as well as both stock diverter valves.

I want to order but I dont know which one will sound better. I think I want to go with the HKS but confomity from this thread is making me rethink my decision. I have one question.. Is their instructions? Will a Nissan tech be able to install this with ease? I work at a nissan dealership.. it will be easier for me to just pull my car into service and have them put it on.

Also one more silly question. BOV's arent affected by extreme cold temps right? It was 8 degrees F today...
