NorCal dealers giving loaners for service still?
Hey all,
I usually take my car to bmw mountain view or Stevens creek. Are they still giving out loaners for scheduled maintenance? I feel that whenever I go in for warranty work that they aren't offering loaners. TIA, Tim |

You have to ask for one most of the time

Thanks. I had to call in and ask for it. I setup my appointment online and they only offer a shuttle service as an option. The worst part is that it's really hard to get a hold of a SA. I literally had to tell the receptionist to put me through to ANY SA that was available and not give me a voicemail. In fact, I left a voicemail prior to talking to a different SA, and he didn't even call me back.

I've always been able to get a loaner at Steven's Creek. My SA's voicemail greeting specifically states that he has no control over loaners. I always schedule online and they've always hooked me up with something. Usually the appointments with loaners is a week or more out. Wish I could get a 335 but I usually get 328s and a 135 once. I can't complain since the loaner is free.
