Anyway to track vehicule once on the CN ?
Hi,
So my car has just been discharged from the Vessel in Halifax. Is there anyway whatsoever to track it? Basically find out if it's been loaded on the train or if it's sitting at the port in Halifax... Thankx |

Ohhh dude I was just about to ask the same exact question. Just got off the phone with my dealer and he said it's arrived in Halifax.
Anyone know the answer to this question or at the least might give us an idea of how long they waited after the car arrived to Halifax to get it into their dealership. Thanks.

A coupla weeks max. Still some variables however:
-what needs to be done in VPC in Halifax -loading onto proper train -train trip to Concord -offload in Concord and time in yard -find a truck load going to Hamilton I'm guessing you'll be in a new car the week of 2/15. Better off to think of it that way. If earlier it'll be a nice surprise.

I believe Holeinoneboy might have some answers for you youyou (that sounded strange).

Thankx guys for the replies...
Ya i'm getting extremely excited. But i'm getting nervous also because the last thing i want now is for my car to sit in Halifax for a long time. I spoke to my salesman today and and he told me the car is still in Halifax. The car was discharged on Saturday the 27th. So it's been 3 days now and no movement. But at this point there's absolutely nothing to do. And if you want to register with CN to be able to track anything you have to fill up alot of info and then CN has to review your application and it takes about 2 business days for them to either approve or reject your Registration application... |

hhaa youyou that's funny how CN works.
My dealer just faxed me some papers I'll have to take a look at them but I think you and I are in the same exact spot. I think once our cars come in we should get together half way between T Dot and Montreal

Hi all,
Im a new member here.....i ordered my car back in oct and i should be getting my car soon....all i know is it landed in halifax on jan 5th...it hit vancouver on jan 19th and it has yet to hit the dealership...spoke to the dealership yesterday and it should be within this week....so I hope!!! the wait is killing me. anyway...this is my first post since becoming a member and wanted to say hi! cheers, shiggy |

thx for the warm welcome.....i spoke to the dealership today and my car will be arriving tomorrow. They need a day to do the PDI, window tint and install the aluminum pedal kit...so im going in on Saturday to pick her up!!!!!!

Just spoke to my Salesman today and it seems that my car hasn't budged.
This is driving me completely insane!! It's been sitting there since Saturday. What the hell is so hard about putting the damn car on a train. |

I kinda got pissed off at the dealership during my last call. I told him I was getting tired of them telling why i dont have my car and why someone is not telling me how they are going to get my car! Hang in there youyou!! Maximum: I dont know what's going to be worst: the wait for the car or the wait for the break in period!!!!!!!!!.....
