The phone isn't unlocked, it's only jailbroken - I upgraded the firmware to the newest one and there isn't a unlock method for that yet but hopefully they will come up with it soon.

Phone is in awesome shape. NO scratches on the scren or on the back.

It' has been cased with InCase Slider case since day 1 and screen protector since day 1.

It has its regular minor scratches on the chrome lining.

It has a program where you can download ALL APPS FOR FREE!
