Differential ring gear Torque specs?
Does anyone know tightening torque of a differential ring gear bolts. The 10 bolts that hold the ring gear and the diff together. On 335i 6spd

Are you installing a lsd yourself? If your build date is after feb 2007 it would be welded. Sorry I don't know the answer to your question but good luck.

I am doing my own LSD install and have been searching around for the torque specs for the ring gear bolts for a 2011 335 (small diff). I have seen people posting torque specs from 100Nm to 190Nm. Seems too large of a range, I plan to torque first to 100Nm initially and then to 125Nm.
Has anyone been able to get the torque specs from BMW or from any other reliable source?

Dont know, I will know Monday or Tuesday when I remove the dif housing and take it appart. I was trying to collect all the torque spec before taking things apart......
