Winter setup question
Is there any issue with having the stock 8.5" wheels in front, and 8" in the rear? They are both riding on 225 blizzaks for the winter. I switched the fronts/rears around from last year to even out tread wear. As you can see from the pic, seems like the rear wheel is sitting in pretty deep in the wheel well...

Your fronts may rub now? Plug the numbers into the Tire Rack table and see what difference it will make in way of clearance. Or ask your dealer.

I can't see it not fitting, don't know how it will look though.

I am only concerned about the front wheel, turn your wheel all the way then check it out while NOT driving see how much clearance you have. Will not harm to check so you know if you make sharp turns you be okay

It's 18x8.5 ET37 and that won't rub, neighter the fender, or the strut side.

BTW thanks again for your input, my winter wheels/tires will go on on Friday. I've checked the wheel on my front left position looks good all seams well, I do expect it to be inside the fender line at the rear by about 1/2 inch. Refreshing your memory my winter wheel is a M3 replica 18x8 with 40 ET (my summer set is Z4 2009 stock 19x8 front and 19x9 rear with ET 29 and 40 as I recall). I'll post pictures once the winter set is mounted end of next week.
