BMW Office and Blackberry OS 6.0

Hey Everyone,

So I'm having some issues getting my wife's BB to work with the "Office" feature in my 2011 E90's I-Drive.

I installed the new OS 6.0 software on her BB Bold 9700, and it will connect via BT no problem and shares her contact list etc. as it normally would, but still nothing happening on the "Office" menu's.

I went into the options menu for her phone in the I-drive menu, I enabled the "Office" option, but still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should try or if I'm missing something?

As well anyone know the difference between the "Phone" and "Additional Phone" check box options when you go into the the phone settings in the Idrive? It only allows you to chose one or the other, just not sure what difference there is between the two.

Not all Blackberrys support the Office feature: http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Content/Owner/BluetoothTechnology/bluetoothframedin.aspx

You can pair two phones at the same time now... you also need to read your owner's manual.

Yea the only blackberry's listed that are supported are the ones with Blackberry OS 6, which is officially coming out for a few other phones as well, but has been leaked early. It has been indicated that any BB with OS 6+ will support this function.

I mean, its possible that there is a hardware requirement, but I doubt this is the case, and I guess its also possible this early release of OS6 has issues, but I could also be missing something?

The new Combox software can be updated by you, so any current BB compatibility issues will be addressed by updates soon.

Strange, but the office features just started working on their own today. Haven't changed a thing on either the car or phone but works great now, awesome feature!
