What are the guys running meth and stock FMIC seeing in their AIT's?

Iam seeing about 100f at the top of 4th with a stock FMIC in 60F temps with a 60/40 mix on a do7.

What is everyone else seeing in these colder temps?

Wow....

I have no meth at all, just a modest aftermarket intercooler and with 60F ambients, a 3rd to 4th gear pull will start at 80F and end in 4th around 90-95F.

That stock unit really sucks.

Last nite I was at 64f with meth and helix fmic at the top of 3rd

You will get an initial IAT drop then it'll creep back up as normal on stock FMIC. That thing sucks for both flow and cooling. Need to upgrade that thing asap.

Seems like i have a kinked line somewhere, Iall be checking it out. Iam seeing 100f temps at the top of 4th so their is something not right.

Seems high but it all depends on your starting iats. IMO u should worry about your black ops skills not this. Lol

Should get a failsafe and a real tune maybe

In all seriousness, take your meth nozzle out, and Spray meth into a large bucket (clean).... Spray it for 1 min, and see how many milliliters you have in one minute. (that number would be optimum flow with no boost). You will also be able to check for leaks at this time.

BTW, what kind of boost are you running?

Does 100 really sound high at the top of 4th? That is like 140 MPH? What were your starting IAT? They should normally drop, then go up very slowly if at all.

Also, do you even know you are spraying?

I got it mixed up top/bottom. I guess its the bottom of fourth.

i will try your method today, With an m7 i should be a 440ml per minute. I would like to do this method through the boost line via air compressor/bike pump though just to be sure.

Iam right at 15psi btw.

Atleast your on conservative boost.

D07 nozzle is rated at 150 PSI for 440 ML/Min.

I believe your pump is 200 or 250 PSI. So you should be flowing over 500 ML/min at a minimum.

I wish these companies would stop rating their nozzles at 100 or 150 PSI and rate them at what their kits actually put out.

I'd tell you to log ignition but you would need a BT tool.

You are really in the dark with no failsafe and that mickey mouse tune and no BT tool.

Atleast Log INtake Air temperature on a datalog. From there we can get a SLIGHT idea of whats going on.

Where is your pump mounted in relation to your tank? You know the pump needs to be under your tank right? You said you might have air in the lines?
