Ok guys, I'm a beer snob. I will admit it. Yet, I love Pabst Blue Ribbon, that shit is so tasty. I know that right now its a hipster drink (I'm no damn hipster), but I was wondering who here enjoys sipping on a nice cold PBR?

I'm the same, actually I contacted PBR and some stores, apparently no one carries it anywhere near me, except for a couple of bars. So I can't buy it anyways.

I drank a little of that in high school..it was popular among my little group...havent tried it since..we have so many micro-brews never felt the need to go back to this type of beer..

I haven't tried it recently. It's about as cheap as Natty light and when we're low on funds, we pick up a 30 rack of that. Might give pbr another chance...natty is pretty damn gross but works well in beer pong!

Also it's in every store that sells liquor.

I'm a big fan of imported beer and microbrews. But I do drink PBR. Been drinking it since college. $12 a 30 rack. Delicious.

I hate that hipsters have adopted this as their "my father hates me but my mother showed me love so I wear her pants and copy her hair style" drink of choice. Every time I see a hipster drinking one I want to leave the bar, drive to a forest, pick up a chunky branch, drive back to the bar, enter, and proceed to viciously beat the hipster.

Keystone and Busch were always a couple dollars more a case than PBR. I always went for the PBR.

OTOH, I want to try 4lokos before they stop making that shit. I usually chug a redbull and pound a few beers before going to the bar anyway, so why not just drink one of those $3 bitches?

Im 20 and stopped drinking 4lokos a awhile ago. I've upgraded to the hobo drink MD 20/20 before going out now.

I never even heard of 4lokos until they started banning it everywhere. I go to the liquor warehouse shit and go straight for the isle of beer with names I cant read, but the yellow sign means heffeweizen (sp?).


I guess I'll go for the homeless malt liquor section next time. Haven't been there since downing colt45 40's in college. And mickeys. errrrrr.

I have and shit is pretty crazy. Equals out to be about 6 12oz beers per can. Taste is nasty as hell and it gives me terrible heart burn. However if you want to pre game for cheap, this is the way to go.

PBR barely rises above key/natty/miller highlife. I hate all three of those but I have nothing against Pabst because it doesn't really have a taste to offend me. The bars I go to usually offer two for $3, which is one of the only reasons I'll buy it.

I was certifiably loco for lokos at one point. It's all I used to drink. I'd buy two cans and rage my fucking ass off, but trust me, only bother trying it once because that shit will mess with you.

Supposedly the caffeine delays the feeling of intoxication so you soldier through the stuff faster than you realize you're supposed to. I'd be in beast mode before I even knew it, then I'd black out and do crazy shit and mack on fat chicks. Not cool. I don't black out from beer and it's rare when I'm drinking liquor, but it's like 50/50 when I'm drinking those fuckers.

The worst is the lack of sleep. Drink two and you're basically guaranteeing yourself that you'll see the crack of dawn.

Flavors range from shitty to shittiest, as follows:
1) blue raspberry
2) grape
3) lemon lime
4) watermelon

Don't bother with the rest. They're all variations of rusty nail flavor.

I have drank a couple 4lokos before, and yeah, they're perfect for pregame. My friends always pregame with them before we go out. 1 and you'll be probably buzzing a little. 2 and you're drunk, but (at least I, and I'd say I have above-average tolerance) can keep drinking d 'after 2 of them. But fair warning, they taste like shit and look like antifreeze or fruit punch. Try the lemonade or blue raspberry. The problem is that they are really bad for your stomach and esophagus, as they contain Taurine and Guanine, which are basically ingredients from absenthe= not good for you. Plus 1 has 660 calories.

Also, I usually just drink whatever, and I actually don't mind PBR when it's available, switch it up from keystone and other shitty beer, and I'll get it when it's like a buck at a bar.
