Ehhh.... its futile.

Anything you've ever done on there that wasn't private, was done while your account wasn't private, what other people have said to you/tagged of you whos account arent private, photos aren't private, etc., have all been logged and compiled. Continue to be logged and compiled.

De tag anything, delete your wall posts and comments, remove all your groups and friends and info, then deactivate. It's not perfect but it's better than nothing

The bots are always hungry. Once its been tagged its pretty much attached forever.

this is why i deactivated it. i'm not worried about the privacy. i don't have anything bad on me. i untagged all the illegal shit months ago when i realized that it might have a bad impact on my career later in life. i just waste too much fucking time on that site at night. then again i'm posting on a forum at 1AM.

I keep in touch with all the people I care about via MSN, phone, etc..

Haha I had this issue when I went from BB to Iphone - everyone I had on BBM was like wtf so I had to text everyone saying I just got a new phone

I deleted mine about a year ago, but created it again last week. Just an excuse for another iPhone app.

This time, I didn't add what high school I attended, to avoid all the BS friend requests. I have something like 12 friends, and they are all family, for the most part. Keeping it locked down this time.
