Would they do it, unlikely but not because of it hurting sales. A very small percentage of owners overall will do this mod so the impact to sales would be miminal to non-existent. That very small percentage of people is also a reason why they wouldn't bother. Now, if 25-30% of owners where doing this and BMW was concerned about the impact of that on warranty claims, much different story.

I was gonna get a 335 anyway, but I agree with ya. XEDE does make the ~45k look like a good deal when you see the #'s it's capable of putting out.

also this is a complettly irrelevant question but i ran into some kid with a hatchback GTI todayasked me if i wanted to race for money and i said no, that id race for fun, then he goes on to call me a pussy. When i finally told him i would race for 50 bucks, he tells me waste of my time, and that he has 323fwhp. Is that even fuckin possible on the 07 GTI

k then the kid is a dooche-bag. Under normal circumstances i would have already beat his ass, but he goes to my school, and i love my car too much for him to do something to it

Yeah, fwd cars can't take advantage of all that power. 323fwhp is way too much. It'll be damn fast for sure, but not as fast as a rwd car with the same specs.
