Used 335i Coupe from Car Enthusiast Ltd., vandalized?

So i found a beautiful monaco blue with premium/beige leather..

It's from Car Enthusiast Ltd.

That is the carproof report, the price is very good where i'm from (Toronto, Canada) 31K CDN, and it would probably be about 38K if it was from BMW certified pre-owned since it only has 43,000 kms.

My question is what does 3200 in vandalism really mean? if i take it to a bmw dealer mechanic and its ok should i go ahead and buy it? I was told BMW won't buy cars with 3K or more damage and resell as a CPO, which is prolly why its so cheap.

Also, the service history indicate a lot of servicings, is this normal? Can someone check the VIN on this for me?

THANKS!

Front and center damage, with a 2643 estimate isn't to serious, but its enough to think abt. Does that mean its around the front bumper? Also if it is bumper, 2643 is a lot, tats not just a parking lot dent by a shopping cart, prob another moving vehicle. To qualify for vandalism, does it mean its not an accident but someone/thing hit it? I'd personally think twice, maybe it got hit so hard the rebar and such needed to be replace (hard to believe in a parking lot) then th cost kinda explains it. You can bring it to a professional body shop, they can inspect the body of the vehicle a little better than a mechanic, and then bring it to a mech to check out the mechanical issues, if its at all possible.

You better check if it has any frame damage, if it does it's over. The car won't drive like it did before.
Also why does this guy have to bring in the car to service so many times? Was something wrong with the car in the first place?

Although I didn't drive it I did see the car personally and it looks great. Carlton (the owner) is an honest guy and told me the car was smacked on the passenger front. You can tell the car was painted. The price is right and I'm sure you can talk him down a few hundred bucks.
