Angry E92 - After folding down rear seats noticeable gap left from seatbelt latch

I was crawling around in the rear of the car with the rear seats folded down and it looks like one of the seat belt latches pushed in between the leather leaving a nice gap. I tried to sort of "mold" the leather back into it's original spot by hand, but that wasn't working. I guess I'll try removing the seats and pushing on the leather some more to deform it back into place.

Has anyone else ran into this? Any tips? Next time I'll be more careful when I have the rear seats folded down

perhaps with warmer temps in the car, the leather will form back better.

it's not a big deal - there's supposed to be less uniform surfaces from leather.

I expect it to slowly fill up as long as you don't jam anything else in there.
